What is the Early Access Free Pilot?

The Early Access Free Pilot is a limited-time opportunity for selected organizations to use Applyology at no cost while it’s still in development. During this period, participants get early access to the platform, provide feedback, and help us improve Applyology to better meet the needs of organizations like yours.

How long is the Early Access Free Pilot period?

The Early Access Free Pilot runs from early March through April 30, 2026.

There is no cost to participate during this time. Billing will begin on May 1, 2026.

How can I participate?

To participate, complete and submit a request form.

Organizations selected for the Early Access Free Pilot will:

  • Actively use the platform
  • Provide feedback
  • Help shape future features and improvements

In return, participating organizations will receive Early Access pricing. This pricing will remain in effect after the pilot period for the duration of your agreement, with any future changes subject to advance notice and updated terms.

What if I sign up after the Early Access Pilot ends?

Organizations can still join Applyology after the Early Access period. However:

  • Standard pricing rates will apply
  • Early Access pricing will no longer be available
  • The opportunity to help shape the platform during its early development will have passed

What file formats does Applyology accept?

Applyology accepts resumes in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Our AI reads the resume and extracts relevant information to build the candidate's master profile, regardless of whether it's functional, chronological, or created elsewhere.

Can candidates apply to jobs in different industries?

Yes. Applyology allows candidates to apply for jobs across any industry and on any job site using the Browser Extension. The more detailed a candidate's profile, the better Applyology can tailor applications. The system analyzes job descriptions to identify required skills and adjusts the resume accordingly to match the position.

Can users upload cover letters or provide additional information?

Yes. Users can upload cover letters. We can also enhance the onboarding process to include additional profile sections, such as information for returning citizens (individuals reentering the workforce after incarceration). We welcome feedback during our Early Access Free Pilot to continue improving these features.

How does Applyology handle reCAPTCHA and bot verification?

Applyology is designed to assist—not replace—the candidate. Users are still responsible for completing verifications, logging in, and confirming submissions. Our goal is not to generate spam applications, but to make the process more efficient and accessible while ensuring candidates remain in control.

Is the Browser Extension secure?

Yes. Security is a priority. We are committed to meeting appropriate data protection and security standards, including those required by government agencies. (Detailed documentation available upon request.)

Can the process be completed on mobile?

Currently, the Browser Extension works best on desktop. We are exploring ways to improve the mobile experience in the future.

Will employers be able to detect that AI was used?

No. Applyology does not generate fake or spam applications. It helps candidates complete applications themselves by pre-filling and organizing their information. Candidates remain responsible for reviewing and submitting their applications. The result is a genuine application completed by a real person—just made more efficient.

Does this require participation from employer websites?

No. Applyology can be used on any employer website. Since each employer has unique requirements, we cannot automate every process. However, we continuously improve the experience by learning from candidate inputs and storing responses to simplify future applications.

What features are you considering for future development?

We're exploring features such as progress tracking, supporter visibility, job posting reminders, and job analysis tools. We welcome this type of feedback during the Early Access Free Pilot. If these features would be helpful, let us know so we can build them together.

What does pricing include?

All purchased seats include access to all features with unlimited usage. Please see our pricing page for details.

  • No additional organization fee beyond per-seat pricing
  • Pricing is based only on candidate seats, not staff accounts
  • Organizations can invite community partners and structure teams as needed
  • We monitor for misuse, but candidates using the platform appropriately have full access

Has Applyology been tested for accessibility?

Applyology has been built with accessibility in mind. We welcome accessibility testing during the Early Access Free Pilot, including testing with JAWS and other assistive technologies.

What can Applyology track?

Applyology can track when applications are started and completed, providing visibility to organizations. Hiring outcomes depend on employer reporting—unless that information is shared with us, we cannot independently track hires.

Can candidates continue using Applyology if they leave an organization?

At this time, candidates must participate through an affiliated organization. We plan to expand access more broadly in the future.

What differentiates Applyology from other tools?

Applyology is fundamentally different — it is a full application assistance and outcomes platform built with accessibility-first design.

Applyology allows candidates to create one profile in minutes, which works across any browser and employer application system through our extension. But we go far beyond autofill. Applyology actively supports candidates from click to submit by:

  • Generating tailored resumes based on specific job descriptions
  • Assisting with clearer and stronger written responses using AI
  • Reducing cognitive overload and repetitive typing
  • Guiding users step-by-step through complex application flows
  • Removing accessibility barriers built into traditional ATS systems

Most uniquely, Applyology provides visibility and measurable reporting for organizations such as Vocational Rehabilitation programs, nonprofits, universities, and workforce development partners. Organizations can:

  • Track applications started
  • Monitor completion rates of applications
  • Follow up strategically to improve outcomes
  • Access reports that demonstrate measurable impact for grant reporting, ROI analysis, employer partnerships, and program accountability

Applyology doesn't just fill fields. It improves application completion rates, increases quality, reduces abandonment, expands accessibility, and gives organizations real data to prove results.
