Last updated: June 2026
Applyology launches in July 2026. Our Early Access Pilot ran from early March through June 30, 2026 and is now complete.
The Early Access Pilot was a limited-time program that let selected organizations use Applyology at no cost while it was still in development. Participants got early access to the platform, provided feedback, and helped us improve Applyology to better meet the needs of organizations like theirs. The pilot is now complete.
To bring Applyology to your organization, get in touch with our team. We'll walk you through the platform and help you get set up.

Applyology accepts resumes in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Our smart technology reads the resume and extracts relevant information to build the candidate's master profile, regardless of whether it's functional, chronological, or created elsewhere.
Yes. Applyology lets candidates apply to jobs provided through Applyology using the Browser Extension, spanning a range of industries. The more detailed a candidate's profile, the better Applyology can tailor applications. The system analyzes job descriptions to identify required skills and adjusts the resume accordingly to match the position.
Yes. Users can upload cover letters. We can also enhance the onboarding process to include additional profile sections, such as information for returning citizens (individuals reentering the workforce after incarceration). We welcome your feedback to continue improving these features.
Applyology is designed to assist—not replace—the candidate. Users are still responsible for completing verifications, logging in, and confirming submissions. Our goal is not to generate spam applications, but to make the process more efficient and accessible while ensuring candidates remain in control.
Yes. Security is a priority. We are committed to meeting appropriate data protection and security standards, including those required by government agencies. (Detailed documentation available upon request.)
Currently, the Browser Extension works best on desktop. We are exploring ways to improve the mobile experience in the future.
No. Applyology does not generate fake or spam applications. It helps candidates complete applications themselves by pre-filling and organizing their information. Candidates remain responsible for reviewing and submitting their applications. The result is a genuine application completed by a real person—just made more efficient.
No. Applyology works with the jobs we provide on the applicant tracking systems we support, with no action needed from employers. Since each employer has unique requirements, we cannot automate every process. However, we continuously improve the experience by learning from candidate inputs and storing responses to simplify future applications.
We're exploring features such as progress tracking, supporter visibility, job posting reminders, and job analysis tools. We welcome this type of feedback. If these features would be helpful, let us know so we can build them together.
All purchased seats include access to all features with unlimited usage. Please see our pricing page for details.
Transparency matters to us, so two pages spell out exactly what we rely on:
Everything runs in the continental United States, hosted on AWS. Our Security page has the full picture.
Applyology has been built with accessibility in mind. We welcome accessibility testing, including testing with JAWS and other assistive technologies.
Applyology can track when applications are started and completed, providing visibility to organizations. Hiring outcomes depend on employer reporting—unless that information is shared with us, we cannot independently track hires.
At this time, candidates must participate through an affiliated organization. We plan to expand access more broadly in the future.
Applyology is fundamentally different — it is a full application assistance and outcomes platform built with accessibility-first design.
Applyology allows candidates to create one profile in minutes that powers applications to jobs provided through Applyology on the applicant tracking systems we support. But we go far beyond autofill. Applyology actively supports candidates from click to submit by:
Most uniquely, Applyology provides visibility and measurable reporting for organizations such as Vocational Rehabilitation programs, staffing agencies, nonprofits, universities, and workforce development partners. Organizations can:
Applyology doesn't just fill fields. It improves application completion rates, increases quality, reduces abandonment, expands accessibility, and gives organizations real data to prove results.
