AI Providers and Models

Applyology uses AI as a tool in service of building useful products for our customers. Our AI features are backed by models served from Amazon Bedrock, a service from Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides secure and fully private access to foundation models from leading AI providers.

How We Use AI

• Parsing and structuring resume content
• Pre-filling your profile from uploaded documents
• Generating tailored responses for job application fields
• Matching your profile to job requirements

We may add additional AI use cases over time. Our model training, data processing, and residency policies will not change.

Models

We reserve the right to add or change models and providers. Our model training, data processing, and residency policies will not change.

Your Data & AI Processing

• Your data is not used to train AI models. AWS and third-party model providers will not use any inputs to or outputs from Amazon Bedrock for model training.
• Data is not shared with model providers. User inputs and model outputs are not shared with any model providers.
• Data residency is US-only. All content processed by Amazon Bedrock is done exclusively in the United States.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All data processed through Amazon Bedrock is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
• Strict access controls. Access to AI-processed data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel through role-based access controls and least-privilege policies.

Amazon Bedrock supports a broad set of compliance standards, including:

• FedRAMP Moderate
• SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3
• ISO 9001, 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701, 22301, and 20000
• HIPAA eligibility
• GDPR compliance
• CSA STAR Level 2 certification
