Can I add or remove job candidates?
Yes. You can add job candidates anytime on both monthly and yearly plans. With monthly billing, you can also remove job candidates anytime. With yearly billing, you can add candidates anytime, one seat at a time, at the discounted yearly rate.
How are job candidates billed?
You're billed based on the number of candidate seats only. Organization members (managers, counselors, administrators) can be added to your account at no cost with no limit. All job candidate seats in your organization are on the same billing plan (either monthly or yearly).
Is there a minimum number of job candidates?
Standard plans require at least 3 candidate seats. You can manage up to 100 seats online and contact us if your organization needs a higher limit. Bulk pricing is available for annual commitments of at least 100 candidates.
How does payment work?
