What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Your organization chooses one billing plan that applies to all job candidates. Monthly billing is $10 per seat per month with no commitment - add or remove job candidates anytime. Annual billing is $8 per seat per month (billed annually), saving 20% - you can add job candidates anytime during the year. Lock in these early access rates by signing up before May 1, 2026.

Can I add or remove job candidates?

Yes. You can add job candidates anytime on both monthly and annual plans. With monthly billing, you can also remove job candidates anytime. With annual billing, you can add job candidates but are committed for the annual term.

How are job candidates billed?

You're billed based on the number of candidate seats only. Organization members (managers, counselors, administrators) can be added to your account at no cost with no limit. All job candidate seats in your organization are on the same billing plan (either monthly or annual).

Is there a minimum number of job candidates?

A minimum number of seats may be required for organizations purchasing annual seats if deemed necessary. Purchase as many or as few seats as you need for your organization.

How does payment work?

We automatically generate invoices monthly based on your subscribed job candidates. Invoices are sent via email.

What happens after the early access period?

The Early Access Pilot is completely free of charge - no billing until May 1, 2026. Organizations that join the pilot lock in the current early access rates when billing begins. Contact us to join the pilot.
