Standard pricing
Every new organization starts with a free trial when you sign up. Choose monthly flexibility at $12 per seat / month, or save about 20% with an annual commitment at $10 per seat / month. Learn more.
No commitment - add or remove anytime. Credit card billing, 5-candidate minimum.
Annual commitment, paid up front by invoice. 50-candidate minimum; add candidates anytime in 5-seat increments.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Annual plans require a minimum of 50 candidate seats, an annual commitment, and up-front payment by invoice. Monthly plans require a minimum of 5 candidate seats and are billed by credit card; credit card payments incur an additional 3% processing fee for each transaction.
What is a Seat?
A seat represents one candidate with access to the platform. Each seat includes full platform access with token allowance. You are only charged for candidate seats - add unlimited organization members at no additional cost.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Your organization chooses one billing plan that applies to all job candidates. Monthly billing has no commitment, is paid by credit card, and requires a minimum of 5 candidates - add or remove job candidates anytime. Annual billing saves about 20%, requires an annual commitment with up-front payment by invoice, and requires a minimum of 50 candidates - add job candidates anytime during the term in 5-seat increments. Can I add or remove job candidates?
Yes. You can add job candidates anytime on both monthly and annual plans. With monthly billing, you can also remove job candidates anytime. With annual billing, you can add to your commitment anytime during the term in 5-seat increments to extend the discount, and any usage beyond your committed seats is invoiced monthly at the per-seat monthly rate.
How are job candidates billed?
You're billed based on the number of candidate seats only. Organization members (managers, counselors, administrators) can be added to your account at no cost with no limit. All job candidate seats in your organization are on the same billing plan (either monthly or annual).
Is there a minimum number of job candidates?
Yes. Annual plans require a minimum of 50 candidate seats, and monthly plans require a minimum of 5 candidate seats. Above the minimum, purchase as many seats as you need for your organization.
How does payment work?
Annual plans are billed by invoice and paid up front for the committed seats. Monthly plans are billed by credit card. Any usage beyond your committed annual seats is invoiced monthly at the per-seat monthly rate. Invoices are sent via email.

Our Early Access Pilot is complete, and Applyology launches in July 2026 with the standard pricing above ($12 per seat / month, or $10 per seat / month billed annually). If your organization participated in the pilot, contact us for custom pricing.
