Invite a Member
Invite a team member
Go to Team and click Invite Member. Enter the person's first name, last name, and email address, then click Send Invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Member roles
Owners and Primary Owners can set the role when sending the invitation:
- Primary Owner — full control over the organization; cannot be removed
- Owner — full access to all teams, candidates, and members in the organization
- Standard — can only access data on teams they belong to
Team assignments
When inviting a Standard member, you can assign them to one or more teams at invite time. For each team, set their role:
- View — can view candidates and members on the team
- Assist — can propose profile and resume changes
- Manager — can manage the team
You can also create a new team inline during the invitation flow if you have permission to create teams.
A Standard member must be assigned to at least one team (or granted an advanced permission) before they can access anything after signing in.
Advanced permissions
Owners can also grant individual organization-wide permissions to a Standard member, independent of team membership:

Manage pending invitations
Pending team member invitations are visible under Team → Invited. You can revoke any pending invitation.
