Apply to Jobs

Coming in Phase 2

Applying to jobs with the browser extension will be available in Phase 2 of the Early Access Pilot. In the meantime, get a head start by completing your profile so you're ready to hit the ground running when it launches.

With your profile set up and the extension installed, you're ready to start applying.

Find a job posting

Browse any job board or employer career page as you normally would. When the extension detects a job posting, it will let you save the job for later or start applying right away.

Fill an application

When you land on an application form, open the extension. It scans the page for form fields and suggests values from your profile.

You can:

  • Fill all fields at once to complete the form quickly
  • Fill fields individually if you want more control
  • Edit any value before or after filling — you always have the final say

Review and submit

Applyology fills in the data, but you stay in control. Review every field before submitting. Handle any CAPTCHAs, logins, or verification steps yourself — the extension assists with data entry, not with bypassing employer requirements.

Track your activity

You can view your activity from your Applyology dashboard:

  • Saved Jobs — job postings you've bookmarked. You can remove a saved job at any time.
  • Applications — a log of applications you've started or completed, ordered by most recent.
